Applications Open for Toronto’s Circular Economy Working Group

The City of Toronto’s Solid Waste Management Services Division is excited to announce that it has opened the application process to become a member of the new Circular Economy Working Group (CEWG).

Establishing the CEWG as a source of community feedback and insight to help move Toronto towards becoming a circular city is a City Council adopted recommendation included in the Long Term Waste Management Strategy.

We are looking forward to establishing the CEWG with a diverse representation from community, business and industry groups that is excited to discuss and collaborate together.

Selected members will work together with City Staff from multiple divisions to provide input on various initiatives that relate to Circular Economy.

More information on what to expect from the CEWG, and how to apply.
